The iRobot 530 Roomba is your new best friend if you don't like vacuuming, and while he may look a bit wimpy at the first glance, rest assured, he's got more then enough power to clean up whatever mess you can make. He's also very easy to use, you don't need to be a tech wiz, any regular person that has had contact with anything as complex as one of the new smart phones can set the rumba up and running in minutes. There are also easy voice instructions - the robot itself will tell you just how to set him up.
The latest Roomba is smarter then ever and can go wherever he needs to be, can avoid obstacles and will detect stairs and similar drops and avoid them. If there's a zone you do not wish him to clean, like a door that you don't wish him to pass through that's not a problem, iRobot 530 Roomba comes with an infrared wall that he will never pass through. Other features are not shabby either - as for the power he's got two counter-rotating brushes that will pull out any kind of dirt from the floor, including pet hair. He will automatically detect what kind of surface he's on and make sure he cleans under optimal angle and brush positioning. He can detect when he started pulling something too big to be vacuumed up, like a bag or a cord and will swiftly reverse the brush rotation, spitting it up and avoiding that spot for a while. He'll never get tangled in cables again, this Roomba can detect anything that would slow it down and he's smart enough to find a way around it.
You don't even have to keep track of his battery, he's self powered, once he reaches low battery he will self navigate to his docking station and plug himself in, taking a two hour nap after which he'll be good to go all over again. Now your floor will be clean all over, even under the couch and in the corners, because iRoomba doesn't let any place get too dirty, and if he detects a specific spot that's a real mess he will spend all the time he needs to be satisfied with a job he's done.
